Delivery place, time and method


The place of delivery of the order depends on the shipping method selected:

  - Anti-Crisis Shipping (Free): Post Office delivery. During the checkout process you can change the delivery office, entering the zip code of the desired location.

  - Economy, Express and International Shippping: The order will be delivered to the address you specified at the order. Remember that it is only possible to change the delivery address since the order has not yet left our warehouse.

Once the order has been charged, we can not make changes to delivery addresses.



The standard time of delivery may change depending on the shipment and the destination country:

Shipment with Correos: between 3 - 4 days for national delivering. The international delivering depends on the destination country, but it takes about 1 month (Xviolins can't guarantee this shipment time).

Express delivery: 24 to 48 hours for national delivering.


Also depends on the payment method and de items availability:

Bank transfer payment: The shipment occurs in 24-48 hours since Xviolins receive the income, whenever all the items included in the order are in stock. Bank transfers may take 2-3 days since appearing in our account, so you must also consider this term. From this moment on, may take another 24-48 hours since the order is delivered to the destination (national delivering).

Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal payment: the order comes out of our store in 24-48 hours since de order formalization, whenever all the items included in the order are in stock. From this moment on, may take another 24-48 hours since de order is delivered to the destination (national delivering).


Important: Transportation damages.

When receiving the package, open it and check de goods. Make sure the items are in good conditions and didn't suffer transportation damages. Detectable transportation and packaging damages must be confirmed in written form by the transportation company upon delivery, the package must be rejected and reported by the customer to our Customer Service by e-mail to 4FQ.A3GRFG1W@ASK3Y1@ after de reception.

Remember that we only have 24 hours to apply de insurance, so you may send us a report within this period to the e-mail 4FQ.A3GRFG1W@ASK3Y1@

After this 24 hours, Xviolins will not be responsible of any damage in the goods and will not accept changes or returns.
