Defective material, what do I do now?

 

In shop.xviolins.com we are very conscious about the value of receiving a material in perfect conditions. Because of this, we process all of our packets very carefully.

In case of receiving a defective material, you must contact as soon as possible with our customer service sending an e-mail to: [email protected]

Immediately we will answer you, we will come for the defective material, and we will replace it with another new, without any charge for costumer.

 

Must I pay the delivery cost of a defective material?

 

No. We take charge of all.

It’s very important to contact our custom service as soon as possible because we have less than a week to inform delivery company to replace the defective materials. Past 7 days of the delivery day we cannot do anything with the defective material.

 

Can I send back a material that I don’t like?

 

Of course yes. If the received product isn’t what you expected, you don’t like it, you made a mistake, or whatever else, you have 7 working days to send to our customer service a report, and they will tell you how to do it.

In that case, you must contact with our customer service by sending an e-mail to [email protected], and they will explain to you the way to send back a material.

You must bear in mind that, for obvious reasons, is only allowed to return material in perfect conditions, in its original packaging and without have being manipulated or damaged by the customer.

If you receive any defective material, don’t worry, Please contact us and we will replace it without any cost.

 

ATTENTION/IMPORTANT: We won’t replace wear out like strings, drumsticks, turntable needles, etc… out of their original packaging. Neither changes in underwear, wind instruments, and other things that are no allowed for replacement for hygienically reasons.

 

If I decide to send back a material, must I assume the postage and packing?

 

If it’s about a defective material, www.shop.xviolins.com will come for it without any additional cost, and will send to you the new one as soon as possible.

But, in case that the customer don’t like it, or isn’t what he expected, we will refund the price of the product, but he must assume the postage and packing cost, fixed in 12€ (IVA included) whichever method was chosen.
